Are you guys giving advice?

We can give you limited, not personal, advice in most cases. Please send an email using the contact form. Due to legislation we are not allowed to give public advice, this is also the reason we sometimes have to be cautious with our public comments on Facebook.

Do you have specific questions about the use and effects of cell salts?

According to the guidelines of the Dutch Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority (NVWA), we are not allowed to give medically-oriented advice on the action of the cell salts in case of a health indication. In order to still be able to give you the best possible service:

We offer the above consultation options to our customers, individuals (not businesses or therapists) who order from us or expressly intend to order. 

When will I receive my order?

On weekdays, we strive to ship all orders placed before 12:00 noon the same day. In some cases, a product may be out of stock or you may have ordered a product that has a delivery time of 2 or 3 business days. Are you ordering on the weekend? Your order will then, if in stock, be shipped on Monday with PostNL.

How do I track my order?

After your shipment is received at PostNL you will receive an email with a track and trace code. Didn't receive a mail? Check your spam-box. Nothing there either? You may have entered a wrong email address with your order. Please contact us to check this.

Can I return an order?

Of course you may. You have 14 days to report a return to us, and then another 14 days to return the product. The cost of the return is yours. Make sure you always contact us and never just return anything. We will then report your return.

Opened products, jars, ointments or sprays cannot be returned. Neither can damaged or contaminated products.

If possible, return the product in the original box with the original packaging material to preserve the environment as much as possible.

Can the Cell Salt jars go in the PMD waste?

Unfortunately, most municipalities cannot yet properly separate pots of PP and HDPE material. Please check with your location authorities. We are testing more environmentally friendly packaging, but it takes time because we want to make sure it does not affect taste or product quality.

We use PP and HDPE jars because they are neutral and do not affect the lactose in the cell salt tablets.

What do I do with the packaging material?

The box can be reused, or sent to cardboard/paper collection. 

For 99% of orders shipped, we use biodegradable filler material made from vegetable starch, mainly from corn. This can go entirely with green waste or garden compost.

Do you also ship outside the Netherlands and Belgium?

Yes. Ask us about the possibilities. We ship outside NL and BE at the cost of shipping.

Can I add anything else to my order?

Yes, you can. Contact us the same day you ordered, before 2 p.m.
