You can return an order at Schüssler Cel salts within a maximum of four weeks. Upon receipt, you have 14 days to cancel the order and then another 14 days to return the order to us. Return address: Anemoon Celzouten Berkenweg 1-28, 9471VA Zuidlaren, NL

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel the order by sending an email to icelzouten.euzouten.eu. Always contact us before returning your order. You will receive a correct return label with your order number. Never send packages on your own initiative via another carrier or to a parcel point near us.

How long do I have to cancel my order?

You can cancel the order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. Because we sell sealed jars, it is only possible to return products in their original condition. Packaging with a broken seal will not be accepted.

How long do I have to return my order?

After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product.

Will I get my money back?

If you cancel an order, the full order amount, including the paid shipping costs, will be refunded to your account. Return shipping costs are at your own expense. Notice: we do not refund the money until we have received the ordered product(s) back in good order. That means in original condition, sealed.

We will refund the amount within 14 days of notification of your return provided we have received the product back in good order.

Who pays the cost of return shipping?

The cost of returning your order to Anemoon Celzouten is at your own expense. These costs are approximately €6.95 per package for the Netherlands. Please consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. We will bear the return costs if an error is caused by us or a product is faulty.
