Shipping costs Netherlands:

For minimum orders of €49 (incl. VAT), we do not charge shipping costs.
For orders less than €49, your contribution to the shipping costs per order is €6.95.

Delivery Netherlands:

If you order before 12:00 noon we aim to ship your order the same day on business days. In most cases you will receive your order the next day. Unfortunately, we have no influence on circumstances or busyness at PostNL, DHL or their deliverers.

Tracking your shipment:
Once we have delivered your package to PostNL, you will receive an email from PostNL with the Track & Trace code. This allows you to track the package online.

Delivery address:
If you think you are not at home at the delivery time of PostNL, you can have the package delivered to another address for free. You can then choose another delivery address or parcel point when placing the order.

For orders less than €49.00, your contribution to shipping costs per order is €10.50.
Orders are shipped with signature and track and trace.

Delivery time:
Almost all items we sell are available directly from stock. In the unlikely event that items are ordered that are temporarily out of stock, you will receive an e-mail from us stating the expected delivery time, which in most cases are quite short.
