Alcohol-based cell salts can be taken with water. The water should then be drunk sip by sip. The water should not be swallowed immediately but kept in the mouth for a while (1 or 2 seconds) so that the cell salts can be absorbed by the oral mucosa. Because in the stomach the cell salts are changed by the stomach acid. 5 drops are equivalent to 1 tablet.
Be careful not to use a metal spoon when stirring!
Dosage of cell salts
There is no set dosage nor a set way of taking it. Everyone must figure out the appropriate dosage and method of ingestion for themselves. The following should be observed:- Especially sensitive people and children are best to start with half the indicated dosage and increase the amount if the desired effect is not forthcoming.
- It is possible that an initial exacerbation may occur at the start of use. In that case, stop use for a few days and then start again at half the dose.
- Older and highly stressed people should start with a very low dosage ( one-third or one-fourth of the indicated amount ) and slowly increase it until the recommended amount is reached.
- Upward, there are hardly any limits to the dosage. If someone wants to take more than is indicated, they can increase the dosage as they see fit.
- In the beginning, there may be a strong need for certain cell salts. A strong need indicates the strength of the deficiency.
- If at first one experiences a resistance when taking certain cell salts, one should reduce the dosage. It is also possible that at some point an aversion to certain salts may develop. Aversion indicates that something is no longer right. This may mean that the dosage is too high and the amount should be reduced until the aversion is completely gone. It may also be that the composition is no longer correct, in which case a new analysis is necessary. If resistance is very high, it is best to take a break.
Combining with other drugs
Cell salts help the body replenish the missing fuels. Therefore, they can simply be taken alongside other medications - allopathic, homeopathic, flower remedies, etc. -be taken alongside other medications. In no way do they interfere with their action; in fact, they support and promote it. There are articles contradicting this. Do not let this confuse you.Dosage
- Acute cases: take 5 drops every 3-5 minutes.
- Chronic diseases: take 35 - 50 drops per day.
- All other cases: take 5 drops every 2 hours.
