The cell salt for relaxation
Magnesium phosphoricum controls the vegetative nervous system and thus has a supportive influence on the heart and a beneficial effect on circulation; supports the nerves, glands, digestive organs and metabolism.
Magnesium phosphoricum is good for tension; it has a calming effect and relaxes muscles.
It is good for mood and promotes inner peace. In addition, Magnesium phosphoricum is important for a good and healthy night's sleep, especially with sensitive legs. Magnesium phosphoricum has a beneficial effect on sleep function and then as hot 7.
Composition per tablet:
Magnesium phosphoricum Trit. D6 250 mg.
Other ingredients include: milk sugar (lactose), calcium behenate and potato starch.
Usage:
To supplement normal daily mineral requirements, 5 to 7 tablets per cell salt per day are used. In chronic situations, these are 7 to 10 per day per cell salt. In acute situations, one tablet can be melted in the mouth every 5 to 10 min.
